Welcome to The Family Continuum!

I have recently moved back to Peachland BC, to be closer to my mother and take care of her. I am settling here with frequent trips back to Vancouver to teach and see clients. The slower pace of life in a small town is allowing me to self reflect and remember what is really important in life. Family, good connections with friends, closer access to nature and a bigger garden~!

I am a registered therapeutic counsellor, biodynamic craniosacral therapist, and parental educator and coach. I enjoy supporting individuals and families to live fuller lives and go from surviving to thriving!

I LOVE swimming in any body of water (summer is my favorite time of year), enjoying a really good cup of earl grey, spending time in my bountiful garden, and anything that signifies soft, warm, and cozy!

Ever since I can remember I have been fascinated with the attachment bond between mom and baby. This curiosity has taken me on many quests of learning over the past 20 years. My latest pursuit has been to New York City to learn a feldenkrais based method of working with babies to support their motor development called the Child’Space method.

As I have recently relocated my business I am no longer offering classes in Vancouver. I teach the occasional workshop but am mostly working online giving sessions and offer parental consultation and coaching. I offer parental coaching which ranges from sleep issues, to fussy baby, to behavioural challenges you are having with your child. I am currently working on taking my workshops online and will soon be releasing a brand new website for parents.

I look forward to meeting you!

I love that there is a scientific research-based resource for parents out there!
