Prenatal Preparation Day

This holistic prenatal class will support you to feel ready and empowered for your birth experience. This interactive fun class will demystify the birthing process and lay the groundwork for a positive birth experience through discussion, information and exploration. Included are the stages of labour, coping skills, birth fears, breathing and trust exercises, creating a postpartum plan, and the neuroscience of attachment. Please bring a pillow.
