Come join us for a lively 1.5 hour virtual talk on zoom about babies and sleep. $15 April 6th from 10am to 11:30am.

Bring your baby, a snack, some tea and your questions.

Included you will receive some valuable handouts on wake windows, parenting mantras and a self-care questionnaire.

 

You will learn:

  •      Basics on the the inner workings of your baby’s brain development in the first year of life

  •     What babies need to feel securely attached, safe and seen

  •      The difference between adult sleep and baby sleep, and what can adversely affect baby’s sleep

  •     Sleep training, the stress response in baby, and its potential effects on their developing brain

  •      Busting the myth of self-soothing

  •      What you can do to support normal biological infant sleep, and get more sleep yourself

  •  how to carve out more time for self care and your sleep hygiene

  • All this for an hour and a half of your time and $15~!
