~A guide for the thinking parent of today~

Are you confused and frustrated with all the conflicting information out there about infant sleep?

Do you want up to date scientific information that is factual?

Are you sleep deprived and wondering what you can do to get more sleep?

Do you want to make your own choices for that work for your unique families health and well-being?

 

Come join us for a lively 1.5 hour virtual talk on zoom about babies and sleep. $15 April 6th from 10am to 11:30am.

Bring your baby, a snack, some tea and your questions.

Included you will receive some valuable handouts on wake windows, parenting mantras and a self-care questionnaire.

 

You will learn:

  •      Basics on the the inner workings of your baby’s brain development in the first year of life

  •     What babies need to feel securely attached, safe and seen

  •      The difference between adult sleep and baby sleep, and what can adversely affect baby’s sleep

  •     Sleep training, the stress response in baby, and its potential effects on their developing brain

  •      Busting the myth of self-soothing

  •      What you can do to support normal biological infant sleep, and get more sleep yourself

  •  how to carve out more time for self care and your sleep hygiene

  • All this for an hour and a half of your time and $15~!

A 6 week program that supports you as a parent. Yes, you deserve to have ongoing support and connection with a community of parents!

Join us each week for 1.5 hours to engage with each other, learn about your baby and practice mindful exercises that help you feel settled, calm and support connection with your baby.

March 24 to April 28th from 10am to 11:30am for 6 weeks

Science based research and practical tips to thrive during the stress of 2021

Have you had a baby during Covid? are you struggling with the isolation? worried about your mental health or your babies? Are you looking for some support and community?

This 6 week program will guide you and your family towards being able to not just survive, but learn to thrive in challenging times. This course is designed to give you the tools, and arm you with knowledge to cultivate new neural pathways of resilience, so that you can develop a growth mindset amidst today’s growing adversities and hardships.

Each week you will take away a new skill or practice that supports you to be more in your life, be more present for yourself and your family.

These 6 weeks we spend together you will learn:

  • Scientific up to date information on the neuroscience of attachment, infant development and lots of practical tips on supporting secure attachment with your baby.  In other words, juicy content that informs you, inspires you and delights you so that you can be the best parent to your baby.

  • Trauma informed approach that arms you with a key understanding of the autonomic nervous system and how it is a key player in you and your family’s overall health and well-being, and what you can do to support healthy regulation for your whole family.

  • Experiential exercises that give you practical tools and new skills that support you to be the best parent you can be through gratitude practices, breathing exercises, and mindful based practices.

  • Come experience 6 weeks of connection, meet and make mom friends online and feel a part of a community of support.

  • You will be part of a private Facebook group where you can reach out for support, ask questions and post cute pictures of your baby!

    We will meet each week for an hour and a half for learning, sharing, exploration, and fun !
